WORKPLACE PROGRAM

A team day with a clear operating plan.

Give colleagues a reason to play together without asking the organizer to improvise the room, timing or rules. We assemble a brief that can be reviewed internally before invitations go out.

01 / FIELD NOTE

A day built around colleagues

A company event is easiest to approve when it has a clear purpose. We can plan for cross-team introductions, a lighter social break or a structured competition, then adjust the pace to the room and the number of working stations. The organizer receives a decision list before participants are invited.

The employer or organizer controls who may join and whether any participation record belongs in an internal report. We do not put employee names or images in promotional material by default.

02 / THE SERVICE

One owner for the moving parts

A company contact approves the roster, session window and any supplier commitments. We translate those choices into arrival instructions, a playable sequence and a route for decisions if the day changes.

01

Participation first

We choose rounds and rotations that fit the available stations rather than promising every person an identical play count.

02

Approvals in writing

The proposal identifies venue, equipment, access, staffing and the total fee before a booking exists.

03

People at different levels

A briefing and accessible pace can make space for beginners alongside regular players.

04

A useful close

If included, the organizer receives an agreed results note or participation summary after the session.

Title requests at work

Ice Fishing, Aviator and Sweet Bonanza may be mentioned in a team brief. We do not assume their business use is permitted or that they suit a workplace event. We review exact platforms, age restrictions, access and non-wagering alternatives before naming any activity in a quote.
