CLUB EVENTS / CL + MX
Circuit Weekend designs bookable PC game gatherings for workplace teams and communities. We map the players, format, venue and support before anyone commits to a date or fee.

Tell us where your group is, how many people will join and what kind of online play interests them. We turn that into a scoped proposal.
01 / CHOOSE A START
These are service starting points. The final capacity, schedule and price depend on the written quote.
For a workplace group, begin with the people who need to attend, the time they can spend and who signs off on the final quote. We then shape the rounds around actual stations and a realistic break.
For an established community, begin with joining rules, moderation and a welcome that works for someone arriving alone. The sequence should make sense to regulars and first-timers.
For a distributed group, begin with participant locations, authorized accounts and a connection test. A remote event needs a pause rule and a fallback channel before its date is confirmed.
02 / EVENT CLOCK
Share city, possible dates, roster size and preferred activity. We review devices, accounts, access conditions and the room or remote setup.
Confirm the roster owner, venue responsibility, title access, accessibility notes and the proposed fee. Nothing on this website reserves a date.
Use a check-in window, a short briefing, scheduled play and a named coordinator. The exact clock is written for the booked group.
Hand over the outputs that were actually agreed, such as a results note or organizer recap. Photos and public scoreboards require separate permission.

03 / REQUEST REVIEW
Some groups mention Ice Fishing, Aviator or Sweet Bonanza. These names describe interests to evaluate, not games automatically offered here. We check the exact title, legal access, adult eligibility and publisher conditions before suggesting any non-wagering activity. Circuit Weekend does not operate betting or promise prizes.

04 / PLAN YOUR BRIEF
There is no one-click seat sale here. A practical proposal depends on the city, available equipment, size of the group and the activity that passes access review. You can send a short brief without paying or committing to a weekend.

05 / THE QUOTE

Confirmed separately before a format is offered
PCs, network, accessibility and room staffing

Results or follow-up notes when requested

06 / CL + MX

Our contact points are in Santiago and Monterrey. A contact address is not a promised playing venue. For each request, we check where participants will play and who controls the equipment, network and access.
07 / ORGANIZER NOTES
An inquiry starts a conversation; a place is confirmed in writing.
The quote distinguishes our work from supplier and platform costs.
The organizer knows who approves changes to date, roster and format.

08 / FAQ

09 / NEXT STEP
Send your city, date range, participant count, desired activity and venue situation. We will reply with what is needed to make a useful proposal. There is no one-click seat sale here. A practical proposal depends on the city, available equipment, size of the group and the activity that passes access review. You can send a short brief without paying or committing to a weekend.
