01 / FIELD NOTE
Read the scope like a map
A quote should show a planning stage, the staffed event window and the handover. Each part has an owner and an acceptance point. Known outside charges should be visible before approval, even when a supplier collects them directly.
If the group changes a date or participant count, we assess completed preparation and new supplier commitments before requesting approval of a revised scope.
02 / THE SERVICE
The price follows the brief
We do not post a universal ticket price because venue, participant count, staffing and technical needs vary. The quote states the fee and any disclosed supplier amount before acceptance.
Event presence
On-site or remote coordination is priced for the agreed window and location.
Supplier costs
Venue, PCs, network, food, prizes and travel are separate unless explicitly included.
Changes and refunds
The accepted terms explain changes, preparation already completed and applicable cancellation rights.
Game access is a separate line
A quote mentioning Ice Fishing, Aviator or Sweet Bonanza must state the exact activity and who supplies lawful access. The names alone never add a license, credit, operator service or endorsement. We do not sell wagering products.
