CIRCUIT WEEKEND / Policies

Terms and conditions

How site information becomes an agreed service

01 /

Information and availability

Examples explain possible planning services. They are not a standing offer of a particular date, game, venue, capacity or fee. Only an accepted written proposal defines a booking.

02 /

Inquiry and acceptance

Complete the booking or enquiry form on this website. The on-screen confirmation indicates that you have completed the form; it does not confirm a booking or send data.

03 /

Organizer information

The organizer provides accurate participant counts, relevant accessibility needs and approval contacts. Late changes to roster or timing may require a revised plan and price.

04 /

Game title review

Ice Fishing, Aviator and Sweet Bonanza are examples of inquiries, not a catalog, license or affiliation. Publisher rules, lawful access and adult eligibility where applicable must be checked before any activity is included.

05 /

No wager service

Circuit Weekend provides event planning and coordination. It does not accept bets, sell game credits, operate games of chance or promise winnings. A requested format may be declined if it does not fit lawful, practical conditions.

06 /

Third-party services

Venue operators, platforms and equipment suppliers may have separate conditions. The accepted proposal states who obtains permissions and who pays disclosed third-party costs.

07 /

Conduct and results

Participants follow the agreed event rules and venue guidance. Any score record uses the approved procedure; participation does not promise a win or an uninterrupted connection.

08 /

Changes and remedies

A changed date, location, title or participant count can affect preparation and supplier commitments. We seek written approval for revised work. Applicable non-waivable rights remain in force.

09 /

Questions

Contact the coordinating office to review your accepted scope. This website does not itself replace the individual proposal or applicable law.

10 /

Accessibility and safety

The organizer should disclose relevant access requirements early enough for a venue and format review. Operational safety instructions from the confirmed venue apply alongside the agreed event rules.

11 /

Intellectual property

Game names belong to their respective owners. Our planning materials describe an event service and do not grant rights in a game, trademark, stream, recording or other third-party material.

12 /

Service communication

Decisions about price, date, activity and significant changes should be confirmed by the approving contact in writing. An informal conversation does not amend an accepted scope by itself.
