Service delivery and refunds

What is delivered, changed or reviewed

01 /

Service nature

This is planning and coordination of PC events, not a shipped product. Depending on the accepted scope, outputs may include a run sheet, player guide, approved rules, live coordination and a closing record.

02 /

Before acceptance

A proposal lists city, date, format, staff window, equipment and venue responsibilities, service fee, payment milestones and known supplier costs. Please review it before approving a booking.

03 /

Preparation milestones

The parties agree deadlines for roster, venue, access and technical checks. Planning can begin before the event day; the proposal identifies these stages and the work involved.

04 /

Title feasibility

A request for Ice Fishing, Aviator or Sweet Bonanza is reviewed before it becomes part of a scope. No title, access or credits are delivered merely because a name appears on this site.

05 /

Service handover

We deliver each included output by the agreed channel and time. The organizer can point to a missing item against the proposal rather than relying on a generic description.

06 /

Changing a date

Contact us promptly. We assess staff, venue and supplier availability, completed work and any revised costs before asking for approval of a new plan.

07 /

Cancellation and refunds

The accepted terms and applicable rights determine cancellation, completed preparation and disclosed nonrecoverable supplier charges. We do not impose an undisclosed universal penalty through this page.

08 /

Unable to supply an item

If an agreed component cannot be provided, we discuss a replacement, another date or treatment of the undelivered portion under the agreement and applicable law.

09 /

Requesting review

Complete the booking or enquiry form on this website. The on-screen confirmation indicates that you have completed the form; it does not confirm a booking or send data.

10 /

How a discrepancy is handled

Identify the specific output or staffed period in the accepted proposal and explain what was received. We can then compare records, discuss a practical correction and apply the agreement and mandatory rights.

11 /

External reservations

A venue or platform may have its own booking and refund conditions. Before acceptance, the proposal identifies who books it and which disclosed charges may not be recoverable.

12 /

No automatic substitution

We do not replace a title or location silently. If a planned element fails a legal or technical check, the organizer reviews the available alternatives before the plan changes.
