01 / FIELD NOTE
Walk the participant path
The venue review starts at arrival and follows a player through check-in, a station, a break and departure. This reveals practical constraints a simple PC count misses: queues, accessible routes, supervision and the time needed to reset a device.
Contact addresses in Santiago and Monterrey identify where to reach us. A playing venue, if required, is specified separately in the accepted proposal.
02 / THE SERVICE
A site check is a planning task
We compare the intended participant flow with the actual room. If a venue is unsuitable, the plan should change before invitations promise an address or a start time.
Network and power
Confirm bandwidth, local rules, charging and a contact for technical faults.
Arrival and access
Plan check-in, accessibility needs and where participants wait between rounds.
Responsibilities
Name the venue operator, organizer and coordinator for setup, safety and closing.
A room cannot grant game permission
Having PCs on site does not establish access to Ice Fishing, Aviator or Sweet Bonanza. Platform conditions, age restrictions and lawful non-wagering use are checked separately. We will not advertise an unverified title as available at a venue.
